Join the Resilience Hub for the Second Annual Fermentation Fair!

The Fermentation Fair is back for 2020! This is a one-stop shop for learning different methods of fermentation. Interested in Sourdough? We’ve got you covered. Gluten not your thing? Brew up some kombucha! We’ll have demos, answers to your questions, and cultures for you to take home and experiment with on your own time.

Koji and miso, veggie ferments, dosas, country wines, sourdough, and yogurt will all be covered.

Are you already experimenting with fermentation? Bring one or more creations to enter in the Fermentation Contest. Everyone is invited to judge, and prizes will be awarded for best in show!

Come for half an hour or stay for the whole time. This event is free, and we will have a donation jar to support the work of the Resilience Hub.
