Event Logistics

The Art of Collaborative Leadership in Uncertain Times

A seaside weekend workshop in Saco, Maine (November 10-12, 2017)
Schedule

Check-in is from 4:00 to 5:00 on Friday afternoon November 10th.  The event starts with refreshments (light potluck style appetizers) from 5:00 to 6:30.  The first evening session will begin at 7:00.

Saturday and Sunday will both run from 9:00 to 5:00 (with an extra evening session on Saturday).  Full schedule details will be provided in your welcome packet about one month prior to the event.

Location

We are returning to the beautiful beachside Ferry Beach Association facilities in Saco Maine, approximately 20 minutes south of Portland, Maine by car and about 1.5 hours north of Boston by car or Amtrak train service.

Parking

There is plenty of parking on-site at Ferry Beach.  Please contact the organizer if you would like to inquire about public transportation and carpool options.

Accommodations

You are welcome to commute from home if you live close enough.

When you register, you can choose to purchase two nights of on-site accommodation, which is dormitory-style, usually 4 people to a room with shared bathroom facilities.

Please contact the organizer if you would like to inquire about a local homestay with another attendee.  Alternatively, there are many lovely lodgings available in the town of Saco and “next door” in Scarborough this time of year.

Food

Coffee, tea and snacks are provided.  All Saturday and Sunday meals are also provided.  When you register, you can let us know of any special food needs or restrictions you may have so that we can accommodate your needs!  Our focus will be on fresh, locally produced food from organic sources whenever possible.

Child Care

We are looking into on-site child care for a small fee.  If you are interested in this, please let us know so that we can make arrangments to suit you!

Feel free to get in touch with any other questions or Register Now!
